Based in Melbourne, Joellen is a mature aged woman who has re-invented her life after
divorce from a long term marriage.
She is a mother of two adult children – a girl and a boy.
During her years of marriage and raising children, Joellen worked at various occupations that were supportive of the needs of her family and her husband’s career growth.
For 8 years she was the Executive Officer for a community services organization in Melbourne and credits that experience for much of her present belief in our inherent ability to expand our individual potential, no matter our circumstances.
Leaving that position to take care of family matters, Joellen spent a short period as a Pranic Healing Practitioner, before taking on the role of Facilitator for mandala classes at the urging of people who had seen examples of her own artwork in this genre.
Following her divorce she spent a number of years travelling the world to realize a long held dream to experience life and cultures beyond her own country.
Since returning to Australia in 2007, she has focussed much of her creative energies upon forging a strong and successful business in the “creative change” arena with her Co-Founder of the Circular Sounds process, Darren Abrahams.
